Refund & Cancellation

Overview

This policy explains how Actly subscriptions are billed, cancelled, and refunded. It applies to the Pro and Enterprise plans. The Free plan involves no payment and nothing to cancel or refund.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Actly does not store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

Billing & renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly depending on the cycle you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. Yearly plans are billed once for the full year at the discounted rate.

We may change plan pricing. If we do, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time, with no cancellation fee:

  • Open your billing portal from the pricing page or your account, and cancel there.
  • Or email us at hello.actly@gmail.com and we will cancel for you.

When you cancel, you keep access to your paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your data on cancellation.

Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This includes both monthly and yearly charges, and any unused portion of a billing period after you cancel.

We don’t lock you in: you can cancel any time to stop future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Because of that continued access, already-billed periods are not refunded.

You can also try Actly on the Free plan before paying, so you know what you’re getting. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Where local consumer law grants a non-waivable refund right (for example, certain statutory withdrawal rights), we honor it, and such requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Daily limits are not overage charges

Each plan includes a daily action and automation allowance. Reaching a limit simply pauses that activity until the next day. You are never charged extra for hitting or exceeding a daily limit, so there is nothing to refund there.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please email us first; we resolve almost everything faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is investigated.
